With the recent real estate consolidations in the Northern California
region, Coldwell Banker managers have had to cope with decreasing returns on agent
sales. Managers were experiencing agent's resistance
to the additional responsibilities and strategic changes necessary
to match current real estate climate.
We provided consultation to create a structured
response in the form of the program Leading Change. This program
was customized to the needs of the client. Managers learned self-management
skills to deal with uncertainty and mobilize themselves to create
future plans. In addition, they learned to understand the human
side of change and bolster productivity in a time of high uncertainty
and unclear expectations. |
