With the recent real estate consolidations in the Northern California region, Coldwell Banker managers have had to cope with decreasing returns on agent sales. Managers were experiencing agent's resistance to the additional responsibilities and strategic changes necessary to match current real estate climate.

We provided consultation to create a structured response in the form of the program Leading Change. This program was customized to the needs of the client. Managers learned self-management skills to deal with uncertainty and mobilize themselves to create future plans. In addition, they learned to understand the human side of change and bolster productivity in a time of high uncertainty and unclear expectations.

 
johnsmanville_sml Johns Manville
Alchemy was asked by Scott Simmons of Johns Manville to create a map to that would communicate the HR vision of Winning through the JM Experience. The map was the result of an all-day meeting with the building and materials leadership team in which each member added qualities and characteristics central to a culture of success.

During Alchemy’s ongoing relationship with Johns Manville we've created a series of innovative PowerPoint presentations to communicate HR's vision and strategic objectives.

 

mckesson_sml McKesson
Alchemy was asked to partner with Changeworks Global in San Francisco to help implement McKesson's new Operations and Technology plan. Together, we created and delivered a Leadership Toolkit that built McKesson's change capability throughout the impacted business units. In addition to this toolkit, a series of Graphic Recording zipmaps were created that depict the process flow changes within the new plan. These maps effectively communicated the necessary mindset shifts and optimized the benefits of the new Operations and Technology plan.

 

Rocky Mountain Cookie Company USDA
Alchemy worked with Washington State University professor Dr. James P. Dobrowolski to depict critical water issues across the United States that the USDA is working to address. A second map, being developed with feedback from experts around the U.S., examines solutions currently being applied to address water issues. These solutions and their alternatives will be the topic of discussion at the USDA sponsored water issues listening session this fall, where Alchemy will graphically capture the proceedings.
