Johns Manville
Alchemy was asked by Johns Manville to help create a change process for a new plant leader in Slovakia. Together with the global and local HR directors, Alchemy designed a process that would engage the managers in Trnava and help them discuss and build a vision for the future. With the help of translators, Alchemy captured a history of the country, the plant and the employees in a real-time visual. Then, the teams built a vision for where they wanted to take their facility and a plan to help get them there. This experiential workshop won an award in Slovakia for its innovation and sustainability.
McKesson
Alchemy partnered with Changeworks Global in San Francisco to help implement McKesson's new Operations and Technology plan. Together, we created and delivered a Leadership Toolkit that built McKesson's change capability throughout the impacted business units. In addition to this toolkit, a series of Graphic Recording maps were created that depict the process flow changes within the new plan. These maps effectively communicated the necessary mindset shifts and optimized the benefits of the new Operations and Technology plan.
USDA
Alchemy partnered with the USDA to design and facilitate listening sessions in which experts from around the country could meet to discuss critical U.S. water issues and make recommendations for key areas of focus for the USDA.
