Alchemy process experts use a customized approach to help "the parts” in your organization identify, understand, and leverage the key elements that drive your success.
This very deliberate process of discovery will guide you to acheive your goals through:
Organizational Values
Values are standards of behavior within a culture, organization or group. Organizational values typically reflect the behaviors that contribute to the achievement of the stated goals/vision/mission. We have numerous case studies supported by leading data indicating that aligned behaviors drive action. At Alchemy we believe by taking the time to identify values that are shared across the organization or team you can create a culture and define norms of behavior to support your overarching vision.
Strength-Based Team Performance
Alchemy believes that organizations and individuals achieve their full potential when they focus on and leverage their strengths. Strength-based team performance is grounded in the discovery, understanding and unleashing of individual and team strengths to better perform, improve morale and go beyond standard performance.
Executive and Team Coaching
When you are at the top of the organizational hierarchy, it can be hard to safely and confidentially speak about the worries, challenges and frustrations of such a responsible position. A coach is independent of the organization, and can play this role without the influence of the hierarchy. The coach can support the CEO and senior executive team in further developing their leadership, vision, and delegation skills, and help manage work/life balance, typically a major challenge at senior levels.
Coaching is valuable at all levels of the organization and Alchemy works within all levels to increase role clarity, stronger decision-making and overall alignment to the organization's goals.
Alchemy's certified coaches work individually and with teams to develop a coaching culture. This supports productivity, maximizes efficiency, heightens communication and the ability to resolve conflict quickly.
"Snapshot of the Big Picture"
The Snapshot of the Big Picture is a great tool to quickly assess the current state of a team or organization, define the new desired reality of the project or business and identify immediate next steps to achieve the shared future. This mapping process (both visual and process-oriented) creates alignment, addresses and dispels confusion and frustration, and gives tangible next steps that can immediately be implemented.
Vision Creation
Vision Creation is the process of creating, defining and sharing a vision of the future for a community, team, business or individual. Alchemy uses a co-creative process to invite core dreams to surface by thinking big!
Strategic Action Planning
Strategic Action Planning is a mapping process that accelerates planning for all types of organizational efforts. Grounded in the Balanced Scorecard Method (Kaplan and Norton), Alchemy's creative process, maps and method create a visual representation of where you are going and how you intend to get there. The visual component supports the sustainability of the effort and maintains people's interests.
Quarterly Tune Up
How do you maintain momentum after a large scale effort or change? Alchemy conducts quarterly check-ins or tune-ups with you (based on a year-long calendar) to monitor how the execution process is going and provide ongoing guidance (and change course if needed) to ensure alignment for actions going forward.
Team Charter
In this process a team creates a written record of agreements about the scope of the team's work and how it will go about accomplishing the work. The Team Charter acts as a living agreement amongst team members, its sponsors, and other groups or individuals with whom the team interacts. While the team activity of defining a charter is valuable, enduring benefit occurs when all members internalize it and abide by its principle. A basic overview of the Team Charter process is available for download.
