Phyllis Lundy is founder and President of Lundy & Associates, a strategic partner of Alchemy. Phyllis has conducted training and provided facilitation for organizations in the private, non-profit and government sectors. She has designed, developed and presented training workshops in over thirty topics for managers, supervisors and associates, including communication skills, change management, leadership, team building, problem solving and numerous other workplace skills. She developed and conducts Alchemy's Fast Track to Facilitation course.

Phyllis has over 20 years experience in human resources, business management, training and consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and has done graduate work in organizational behavior..
