| Chris Chopyak
Chief, Operations; Senior Partner
With more than 17 years of business, facilitation, management and systems experience, Chris' work has brought her acclaim from non-profit, government and large corporate clients from around the world.
She is a skilled facilitator and organizational strategist, who purposefully combines her own expertise with the insight and deep experience of her clients. The result is a dynamic environment where high energy, idea generation, best-practice and system practicalities create solutions clients and stakeholders are enthused to deploy.
Chris has learned through experience that taking time in the beginning to involve the right sponsors and stakeholders produces actions that last and create a profound change in teams, divisions or organizations.
Much of this success comes from the recognition that where there are people involved in anything, there is humanity involved in it. It's not simply work. It's the work that people do. Her engagements are notable for the stories, art, hard work, laughter and vibrant conversation that invariably arise. That's why Chris' groups get after their tasks and are amazed at what they accomplish with her support, insight, and skilled direction.
Prior to her consulting work, Chris was the Vice President for Development at Earth Force headquartered in Alexandria, VA, and Executive Director of Keystone Science School, a division of The Keystone Center located in Keystone, Colorado. She has served on a number of local and national boards and advisory groups. Chris has an M.B.A from the Executive and Professional Education program at the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver, and is a recent graduate of the 50 for Colorado executive education program at the LEEDS Business School at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
