Alchemy Strengthens its Coaching Cadre

We have seen such a rise in interest for coaching inside our client systems that we have added additional coaches to our team this past quarter.

You may be thinking what is coaching and why is there an increased demand.

Coaching is the art of working with an individual contributor or executive to cull out their greatest challenges and channel solutions using their strengths and unique abilities.
